Your details are stored securely in our booking system and are accessible only to the AscentWild team members who need them to answer your questions, arrange permits, coordinate transfers, or deliver your itinerary. When necessary, we share essential details such as names, passport information, dietary requirements, and emergency contacts with trusted partners in Tanzania, including national park authorities, accommodation providers, airlines, drivers, guides, and insurers. We share only what is required to operate your trip.

Our email updates are opt-in, and every message includes a simple unsubscribe link. We keep booking and payment records for as long as required by Tanzanian law and retain enquiry messages for up to 24 months after inactivity.
